TURF TODAY WITH SCOTT BORDNER

Scott Bordner joins Turf Today on the Superintendent Network and serves as the Director of Agronomy for the Union League of Philadelphia, an organization originally established as a social club during the Civil War. In his role, he supports three facilities by coordinating projects and timelines to meet member needs and guide new infrastructure developments.

In addition to his professional duties, through working with the First Tee of Philadelphia, he is actively involved in the annual Super Scratch Foundation golf tournament. This event raises funds to support turfgrass students and emerging professionals entering the industry. Scott is a remarkable mentor with a genuine passion for student development, and we deeply appreciate his ongoing commitment to the turf industry.
