TURF TODAY WITH GRACE ALLEN

We’re excited to welcome Grace Allen to Turf Today on the Superintendent Network. Based in Brentwood, CA, Grace got their start on the golf course working alongside their dad having only used a weed eater, an experience that sparked a lasting passion for the turf industry.

In this episode, Grace walks through their journey from taking online classes to contributing to a reconstruction project and ultimately progressing from an internship to a second assistant role at PGA West in La Quinta, CA. Along the way, they share a grounded perspective on management, confidence, networking, and an inclusive environment for everyone.
